TERMS & CONDITIONS All customers/users are responsible for any customs charges and/or taxes, which are assessed and applied by each individual country at the time of delivery. ENTERTAINING-VIOLENCE.COM cannot estimate your country's customs charges. While most shipments may arrive sooner, please allow 3-4 weeks for international (outside the UK) delivery. Non-Deliverable, Refused Α Unclaimed Orders If an order is returned, refused, or unclaimed by a customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the original shipping and handling fees plus an additional 30% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the account provided at time of purchase. Please make sure you confirm all shipping information on your order as correct, and that someone will be available and authorized to collect your merchandise upon delivery. All orders that require re-shipping due to returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will be required to submit additional payment for shipping and handling fees.
